St. Albert Rams Lacrosse is a club that is operated solely by volunteers. To ensure that all aspects of the organization are managed efficiently, every member is expected to contribute to the club via volunteering.
Every Rams family is responsible for one volunteer shift per season. A $200 charge will be applied to your credit card if you fail to complete your shift within the calendar year, fail to cancel without 24 hours notice or if you cancel two shifts you have committed to. Please refer to the Rams Policy and Procedure document for further information.
Volunteer Sign up sheets will be available by mid-late April.

There are morning shifts (10:30 - 15:30) and afternoon shifts (16:30 - 21:30) available, each shift requires two volunteers.
Evaluations Shifts will be 5 hours each. Volunteers will be required to hand out assigned jerseys and receive the returned jerseys to be hung up.
The St. Albert Rams host a tournament every year. Volunteers are required to help at the Raffle table or as General tournament assistance through out, under the Tournament Director.
The GELC Wind UP position covers assisting as required to ensure the event runs smoothly, as directed by the tournament organizer.
Equipment Return will be the final event of the regular season to require a volunteer. The volunteer will help count and check equipment as it is returned to the Rams, assisting our Equipment Director.
