As the Summer winds down, The best lacrosse teams and players are ramping up across the country. The Minto Cup Jr. A Championship, Sr. A playoffs and Mann Cup. The Sr. B Presidents Cup, Jr. B Founders Cup, Canada Summer Games, and Jr NLL have all started or are starting in the coming weeks to wrap up another summer of lacrosse. If you want to keep up with all of the action, most are broadcasting games for free across various platforms. Here is where you can watch live lacrosse.
The U17 Men’s and Women’s teams from each province all meet in St. John’s to compete for Gold in the 2025 Canada Summer Games. With the Women’s tournament wrapped up, we congratulate Team Alberta Women’s U17 on their Silver Medal. The Men’s U17 team hits the floor Aug 19. You can watch Rams players, Liam and Charlie push for gold with Team Alberta on CBC Sports and NLL+, where the games are being broadcast for free. You can catch the round robin games on the CBC Sports YouTube Channel and the playoffs on TSN+
The Minto Cup is the Jr. A National Championship. The provincial champions from across the country (BCJLL, RMLL, OJLL) and the host team, battle it out for the oldest trophy in Canadian sports. All games are being Broadcast for free on NLL+. You can sign up for a free account if you don’t have one and watch the games live. You can also catch up with the previous games on demand.
The Founders Cup is the Jr. B National Championship. The top eight Jr. B teams from across the country compete for national supremacy. All games are being broadcast for free on the BCSports TV on their Youtube channel, where you can watch them live or catch up on previous games.
The Presidents Cup is the Sr.B National Championship, and commonly referred to as the hardest trophy to win in all of Lacrosse. The top eight Sr. B teams, comprised of the top amateur, current, and former professional players, the will battle through the trenches for the Presidents Cup. You can cheer on the handful of Rams alumni by watching The P-Cup broadcast on the JVI Sports Network YouTube channel.
The top ranks of summer Lacrosse are battling it out in the WLA and MSL finals as we speak. Rams Alumni, Erik Turner and the Coquitlam Adanacs, take on the New Westminster Salmonbellies for the Western Lacrosse Association and the honor of hosting the 2025 Mann Cup. The winner of the WLA series will host the winner between the Six Nations Chiefs and the Peterborough Lakers of Major Series Lacrosse as the Mann Cup moves west for the 2025 series.
You can watch the WLA finals during the Chiefs home games on the Darrel Smart Media YouTube channel, while the Lakers home games are only being broadcast on Local TV. The WLA finals are broadcast PPV on WLA TV.
The Mann Cup, to many, is the most coveted trophy in all of Lacrosse. Supported by the many superstar professional players that choose to play for their local club team during the summer over the professional field teams that hold their rights. The top team from the WLA (west) and the MSL (east) compete for the National Title during the best of 7 series. The series alternates from east to west each year, being hosted by the winning team in the hosting league. This year the Mann Cup will be hosted by the WLA and either the Coquitlam Adanacs, or New Westminster Salmonbellies will host the winner of the MSL in September for the ultimate title in Canadian Lacrosse.
No Broadcast information has been released for the Mann Cup yet, but it is safe to guess that it will also be hosted PPV on WLA TV. As more information is released, we will update you.
The next group of young players aspiring to play in the NLL will be chosen on Sept 6 2025. The 2025 NLL entry draft will be broadcast live on NLL+ as the excitement builds to the 2026 NLL season!!
