Winter Drop-In Camp

The Rams are proud to host their annual winter drop-in camp for 2023.  The camp gets rolling Jan 2 2023 at Servus place in St Albert.

 

Hosted by Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame inductee, Todd Lorenz will instruct the players through various drills and skills based on age and skill level of the players.  It is hands down the best way to get the stick back in the hands of the players, to break off the rust, to get primed for the upcoming season, or to just try out lacrosse for the first time ever.  Players will get to experience a pressure free, fun and challenging Lacrosse experience.

 

6pm - 7pm - U7 & U9 players (2015 - 2018)

7pm - 8pm - U11 & U13 players (2011 - 2014)

8pm - 9pm - U15 & U17 players (2007-2010)

 

Players will be required to wear, at minimum, a helmet with a cage and gloves.  Sticks will be available for new players that are looking to try it out for the first time. New players are encouraged to try in an age group younger and to move up when they feel comfortable.  Players can also play a an age level up if they feel they are ready.

 

The cost is $10 per session. So keep that in mind if you have a player that wants to try multiple sessions.

 

The camp is open to male and female players from all GELC clubs, Runners and Goalies.
